    Quick Overview

    • Paradise Entertainment’s fiscal 2025 revenue dropped to HK$834.4 million, representing a 23.1% year-over-year decline
    • The company’s net profit plummeted 63.5% to HK$139.4 million amid a 45.3% decline in gaming equipment sales
    • Infernoplay, a new business-to-business online gaming platform featuring AI-enhanced game content, has been introduced
    • Following the termination of its Macau satellite casino management agreement, Paradise is pursuing advisory consulting opportunities
    • Two innovative hardware solutions—Black Coral and Speedwave—are scheduled for release to physical casino operators in 2025

Paradise Entertainment, which operates as the holding company for Macau-based gaming technology provider LT Game, has reported challenging financial results for fiscal year 2025. The firm recorded total revenue of HK$834.4 million, marking a significant 23.1% decrease from the previous fiscal period.

According to the company’s financial disclosure, income generated from both the sale and rental of electronic gaming machines and related systems plummeted 45.3% to reach HK$199.8 million. Meanwhile, net profit tumbled 63.5% to settle at HK$139.4 million.

The firm’s adjusted EBITDA contracted 54.2% to HK$207.5 million. Company executives attributed the downturn to weakening demand for their product offerings and the conclusion of their satellite casino operations agreement at Casino Kam Pek Paradise in Macau.

LT Game has established a strong reputation in Macau’s casino industry for its Live Multi-Game terminal solutions. These specialized machines enable casino operators to expand their gaming capacity while remaining compliant with Macau’s stringent regulatory caps on traditional live table games.

However, with these fundamental performance indicators showing weakness, Paradise Entertainment has begun implementing a strategic transformation focused on emerging business segments and geographical diversification.

Entering the Digital Gaming Space with Infernoplay

The most significant strategic initiative involves the introduction of Infernoplay, a business-to-business gaming content platform leveraging LT Game’s established game portfolio. The objective is to adapt these gaming titles for distribution to regulated online gambling operators worldwide.

Paradise characterized the international online gambling sector as positioned for substantial expansion. The company cited advancing technology infrastructure, expanded content libraries, and increasing mobile internet penetration as key growth catalysts.

Through the Infernoplay platform, Paradise is creating fresh gaming content that incorporates generative artificial intelligence capabilities. These AI-enhanced titles are currently in advanced development stages and are anticipated to become available through licensed operators in the near future.

Company leadership views this digital content distribution business as a significant growth avenue that can complement its established electronic gaming table business.

Regarding land-based operations, Paradise is pursuing geographic diversification beyond its Macau stronghold. The organization has identified the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Laos, Malaysia, Vietnam, and various North American territories as regions offering strong potential for its gaming solutions.

Following the conclusion of its management partnership with SJM Resorts at the end of last year, the company has entered the consulting sector. Paradise revealed it has established a partnership with an unnamed Macau gaming license holder to deliver consultancy services beginning December 2, 2025.

The identity of the gaming operator receiving these services was not revealed in the announcement. This consulting arrangement enables Paradise to monetize its industry knowledge and operational capabilities while minimizing direct management exposure.

    Next-Generation Casino Hardware Solutions

LT Game is simultaneously developing innovative products for brick-and-mortar casino environments. A sophisticated system named Black Coral is scheduled for market introduction this year. This platform incorporates advanced analytics capabilities and interface elements that present both historical trend data and live gameplay metrics.

Black Coral will work in conjunction with Speedwave, a newly designed cabinet unit. This slant-top configuration utilizes a modular architecture that permits operators to transition between different game titles through a simple topper replacement process.

Paradise emphasized that this adaptability is engineered to enable casino operators to react more rapidly to evolving player demands. The design also maximizes the return on investment for each gaming position within the casino environment.

The company is currently conducting active sales presentations of its complete product range to operators throughout its priority markets spanning Asia and North America.

Paradise positioned its fiscal 2025 performance as validation of the necessity for its ongoing strategic transformation. Black Coral and Speedwave installations at casino properties are projected to commence during the latter portion of this year.
